Return And Refund Policy

Payment Return & Refund.  

inr & usd are the currencies used on the service to purchase certain products, including tarot readings, astrology reports, numerology reports and i ching readings (“reports”) and our products premium shilajeet, cordycepsmilitaris&senisis, ashwagangha powders & pills etc etc. by submitting an order to purchase, you authorize bheemtattva& inner bliss sangha or its designated payment processor to charge the credit card account you provide for the payment, for the amount specified at checkout. all payments must be made using a credit card, debit card or other approved payment method. payment values are in inr & us dollars. you are responsible for all applicable charges, including any sales or use tax, duties, gst, or other governmental taxes or fees payable in connection with your purchase, and bheemtattva& inner bliss sangha reserves the right to collect such taxes or other fees from you at any time. if a credit card reaches its expiration date, your continued use of the service constitutes your authorization for bheemtattva& inner bliss sangha to continue billing your credit card and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. bheemtattva& inner bliss sangha reserves the right to terminate your account for any reason, including credit card processing issues.

Services Obtained From Inner Bliss Sangha Refund & Return Policy:

the refund & return policy does not apply to healing rituals, tarot consultation, & tarot course, vastu consultation, lama fera healin, hpynotherapy, meditation sessions and workshops, vedic kundali reading chakra blancing sessions etc. no refund will be made on purchases made in any of these categories.

only in case the cancellation for the consultations and courses is done from our end, your slot will either be rescheduled, or the amount will be refunded to you within 48 hours.

The Products Of Bheem Tattva Refund & Return Policy:

We Only Entertain The Requests For Replacement, Return, Or Refund If The Request Is Placed Within 72 Hours Of Receiving The Product. No Requests For Replacement, Return, Or Refund Shall Be Entertained After 72 Hours From The Time Of Delivery.

the requests for return and refund shall be considered only under the following circumstances:

1. in case the product delivered has a manufacturing defect.
2. the product delivered is a different item than the product ordered.
3. the customer must return it in the same original packing in which it was received. 
4. the original packing must be in a good condition. 
5. the customer must email the receipt of the product support@bheemtattva.com
